There are certainly some companies out there that have a bad name and continue to exist. You may personally not care about reputation but it’s one that should be considered if it’s going to influence your career decisions.

Looking up a company’s reputation is easy and can be done with a quick Google search. It’s always advised to do a bit of background research when looking for a new job.

2.  The benefits offered within your employment package.

Your employment package is one that you should be considering when it comes to a new employer. What employee reward scheme do they offer current staff and is it something that could influence your decision when joining a number company?
