Sugar & Sloth creates cute and colourful characters to help those with anxiety and depression, and anyone who needs a little more sunshine in their lives.

Everything starts with our inclusive bestie community. We let our besties know they are not alone using our own, lived experiences, and partner with mental health professionals to provide art as a tool for better mental health.
We spread sunshine through our subscription box, art, Facebook community, weekly online tea parties and Happy Text Club.

The Happy Text Club is one of the things we are most proud of, it’s completely free and open to everyone. It allows us to send out regular supportive text messages, and besties can text back too! We have received so much positive feedback from this club and know this has made a HUGE difference to the lives of those living with mental health struggles.
