An Account Directorleadsand managesteams, successfully counselling clients on achievingcommunications and business objectives. You willactas a daily client contact and manageslarge projects and multiple accounts simultaneously. You will have an in-depth understandingof clients’ businesses,keepingup to date with their key stakeholders and media. This personcontributesto the development and leadson the execution of communications plans based on client goals.This role will be working on one of the biggest global Pharma companies.
Experience Experience working in PR or similar communicationsmarketingfield, with agency experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask, delegate and manage assignmentsin a fast-paced environment.
Experience developingand maintainingstrong relationships with clients.
Record ofaccurateclient-related finance management.
Evidenceofstrong media, influencer and stakeholdernetworks.
Skills Superior written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to manage and inspire a team to make sound judgments.
Excellentorganisationaland planning skills.
Ability to think creatively and ensure a good level of creative output across the team.
Strong media relations skills and ability to ‘sell a story’ and communicate effectively with the mediaor influencers.
Client liaison and interface skills e.g. leading client meetings, managing day to day contact.
Ability to present ideasconfidently and persuasively.
