Job DescriptionAs an Account Manager here at Sage, you’ll support Accountants at our SME clients to make sure they get the best possible experience of Sage products.

We have a number of Account Manager roles available, all office-based (currently remote), where you’ll offer telephone support, becoming the go-to person for the Accountants you work with.

Always on hand with vital product support, you’ll give trusted advice on the best Sage products for their business needs.

Ideal skills •A flair for understanding client needs and communicating them to your colleagues•Strong sales instincts – spotting opportunities that will benefit the client and Sage •Confidence and product knowledge – clients will be looking to you for guidance•Strategic thinking – your plans will show the benefits Sage products can bring•Problem-solving – our clients want the solutions you’ll provide.

Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: • Maintain, nurture, and grow your client base and create Sage Advocates• Implement and maintain a robust customer success model for your whole base• Find creative ways to gain social media engagement for our clients• Maintain an up-to-date CRM system and pipeline in order to accurately forecast and drive sales performance• Keep fully up to date with industry changes that affect both our Accountants in practice and our product portfolio.
