We’re looking for an exceptional service led Bar Manager to join our Coppa Club team.We’re looking for someone who believes that the key to the site’s overall success is through nurturing and developing their people to deliver the best guest experience. About you

You must have experience of working in premium branded high-volume bars and managing a large team.
Warm personality blended with professionalism to connect with your guests and inspire your teams is a must.
Demonstrable experience in developing, coaching and training your team to achieve their goals.
Highest attention to detail; you’ll take pride in delivering only the best drinks and service standards but in an informal and fun environment.
A strong multi-tasker and organised Bar Manager who ensures that all processes are followed. Delivers on Health & Safety and Food Hygiene at all times.
Systems literate, able to analyse a stock result as much as your p&l.
An excellent and flexible communicator.
Confidence to make decisions, take initiative and problem solve.
An ambassador for our brand who lives the Various Eateries values: We are Welcoming, We take Pride and We are a Community.

Our 380-cover restaurant is nestled on the river, and housed in the Swan at Streatley. Outside, landscaped gardens and a large riverside terrace will provide stunning views across the Thames. Coppa Club is a laid back place to be used for whatever you need. All day, every day. We first opened our doors back in 2015 in the Berkshire countryside village of Sonning-on-Thames, where we set out to create a venue which offered something for everyone, a local hang-out and a community space.

For years, only members’ clubs have offered space for guests to stay all day and transition from work to play, but we aim to change all that. We’re relaxed, welcoming and informal, our bars serve great wines and cocktails, our lounge areas are comfy with sofas to relax in and plenty of Wi-Fi and plug sockets, perfect for meetings or just for settling in with your laptop.
