Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor? Are you local to Ealing and available long term in September?
We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support in a secondary school within the borough of Ealing. This will be for long term roles starting in September. You must have a proven record of having good behaviour management skills and be flexible working across different classes. Ideally you will have a level 3 qualification or higher.

Work 1:1 and with groups of students who may display challenging behaviour
Work closely with the class teacher
Deliver interventions when required
Work on own initiative and support in and out of classRequirements:
Ideally Level 3 TA, or higher
6 months experience as a Behaviour Mentor
Good communication skills
