Broker Sales Support Executive - VW Swindon Proactively and professionally, manage and grow broker sales opportunities and profitability through excellent customer Service.
This is an office-based role and requires excellent commercial awareness, communication and relationship building skills.
Main Responsibilities * Providing competitive quotations for Contract Hire and other vehicle funding products * Ensure all compliance processes are understood and followed as per Inchcape Policies * Deliver an incredible level of customer experience to our broker partners * Provide accurate up to date information and ensure customer records are maintained in line with Company and manufacturer standards * Ensure service level agreements are adhered to at all times * Proactively promote specific vehicles and campaigns as directed by the Broker sales Manager * Understand vehicle and deal offer for brands you are responsible for * Utilise and be competent using all funder platforms as directed by Broker Sales Manager * Proactively manage a renewal process for existing customers to maximise retention * Comply with company policies and processes in relation to your role directly as well as the wider business The Ideal Candidate * Previous experience within a similar role * Incredible customer service skills * Self motivation and highly organised * Excellent communication skills, verbal and written * Drive to exceed targets * Computer literacy * A fantastic coping strategy to work under pressure
