Overview

Temp All Staffing Ltd are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie on behalf of our client, a village pub based in West Mersea. The successful candidate will be working as part of the catering team, ensuring a high level of service in accordance with health and safety regulations and good housekeeping within the department.

    • Job Role

  • To be overall responsible for the day to day running of your section
  • Assist with the preparation of food and the serving of all meals to customers.
  • Working as a team to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy.
  • Ensuring all food and health and safety regulations are followed.

    • Your Skills and Experience

  • At least 3 years chef experience
  • Ability to maintain standards and contribute ideas to help drive the business forward.
  • Passionate about quality
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
