About the Role We’re on the lookout for a Commercial Data Analyst; You will be delivering the critical business analysis by categories, initiatives, manufacturers and will be used to enhance the performance of Alliance Healthcare, Pharmacies and manufacturers to demonstrate the performance of Alphega and Diamond pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities You will provide insights, analytics and recommendations to drive Category performances in the virtual network of pharmacies across ten countries.

You will enhance the reports using data outside the system to drive further recommendations on performance improvements (e.

g.

sales to the pharmacies, market trends, etc.

)You will develop the business insights program to monetise the data platform system and find new revenue streams.

You will use knowledge in the countries on business analytics and tools used to drive best practice sharing and enhance central capabilities.

You will provide recommendations on system improvements to drive commercial insights.

You will build and maintain a good knowledge of local customs, market trends, future potential and emerging opportunities within designated regions.

You will monitor and assess retail market trends for consumer health markets based on an analysis of the market size, growth rate, industry cost structure, distribution channels, competitors’ analysis, micro-and macroeconomic variables.

You will be responsible for in-depth reporting of quantitative and qualitative analysis of campaign and channels’ sales data to assess the success of brands and product launches.

You will have a good understanding of consumer insights linked to segments, loyalty, digital engagement.

You will optimise the data insights using the capabilities and best practices across the countries.

You will have high level analytical and financial modelling skills to help support high-level commercial business decisions.

Knowledge and Skills You have a knowledge of healthcare categories and trendsYou have good presentation skills and are able to present complex data in an easy formatUnderstanding of Tableau, and Power BI is preferential (able to extract and manipulate data to identify trends).

You will have strong attention to detail.

You will have a high level of business acumen to identify opportunities, gather and analyse market data and present key findings at a senior level.

You will have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely and convey mathematical and considerations to non-experts.
