Customer Service Agent (Remote Working) Recruitment Agency Reference: J60282 A position has arisen for an interim Customer Service Agent with one of our healthcare clients based in Oxfordshire.
This is a fully remote position for a minimum of 3 months, paying £10.
28 per hour + holiday pay.
They are looking for candidates who are available to start immediately.
Your duties will include: Being the first point of contact for people telephoning, offering an operator service and handling incoming calls on the Contact Centre consoles Ensuring the database remains up to date by investigating and rectifying incorrect records Controlling and taking charge of calls by managing callers in a calm professional manner and treating them with dignity and respect at all times Ensuring that an effective service is provided to all stakeholders, both internal and external Using the correct salutation and communication standards when handling calls, in line with the company’s procedures The successful candidate should have: Excellent customer service skills with demonstrable experience Strong communication skills Personable and friendly manner Suitable home working facilities with a reliable internet connection If you are interested in this position please apply now.
