Contract Manager in Droitwich Spa

Contract Manager Droitwich £(phone number removed) p/a Bell Cornwall is currently recruiting for a huge global leader in providing healthcare based in Droitwich.

They are looking for a Contract Manager who can manage existing relationships whilst driving internal efficiencies and coordinating bids for further growth.

This company will give the successful candidate the opportunity to evolve in an environment that actively promotes and encourages its people, recognises expertise, and provide colleagues with autonomy and accountability.

The Role The Contract Manager position will be accountable for the performance of a number of different teams in relation to service delivery and for working closely with the Clinical Services Lead, Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director to ensure contractual compliance and maximising customer and patient satisfaction.

Duties include (but are not limited to): To be solution driven with responsibility for maximising customer and patient value and satisfaction To develop, challenge and deliver an infrastructure which understands the contractual requirements relevant to their function and role and which is focused on delivering services in line with this to meet patient and customer needs To drive internal efficiencies and champion continuous improvement within the business The creation of business plans, tender bids and the yearly budget To lead the Quality and Governance Manager and Clinical Services Team Manager to ensure that clinical standards are maintained in line with national and local policy and CQC requirements To develop and maintain open and effective lines of communication with all external stakeholders The Person Possesses a good understanding and has hands-on experience with NHS contracts (desirable) Experience with performance management and development of different teams Engaging and on-boarding both internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to influence key decision makers Ability to lead the Service Review and Stakeholders Meetings to further the relationship with the customer base Ability to develop new business initiatives and previous example of influencing key decision-makers Interested?
