About the Role: Cover Supervisor As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.

This dynamic position involves covering lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher, ensuring that students continue to receive a high-quality education.

Cover Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and manage the classroom environment effectively.
• Ensure students remain on task and engaged in their learning.
• Manage any behavior issues in line with the school's policies.
• Support the learning and development of students across various subjects.

Cover Supervisor Requirements:

• Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different subjects and year groups.
• A strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
