Coming with a background in manufacturing or building services such as construction or engineer, will be high advantageous.

Booking in jobs to the correct discipline making sure the times and dates are available and correct for both engineer and customer as well as up to date notes for the engineer Generating RAMS for customer's site requirements and engineers going to site, Providing excellent customer service to each valued customer making sure to come across helpful and approachable at all times Making sure all documentation is filed in the correct order to company preference Ensuring all time sheets for the engineers are accurately calculated and passed on to the accounts department.
Ensuring all documentation received is stamped and dated correctly.
