We are looking for a experienced Customer Service Officer to come and join our Construction Residential team in London, to manage, supervise and where necessary carry out warranty work in line with the contractual service level agreements. The role is also responsible for maintaining our site relationship with the client and ensuring client satisfaction from the point of practical completion through the 2 year warranty period, and beyond if required.Key accountabilities of the role will include;Attend site pre Practical Completion to familiarise themselves with the project characteristics.Assist with functional checks during the construction phaseSupervise all sub-contractors attending to rectify defects. This included ensuring the correct materials, protection and tools have been sourced if requiredUndertake minor remedial works as requiredReport any persistent recurring warranty or defect issues to the Customer Service Manager and note any customer details that may assist Customer Service in on-going management of customer relationshipTo be successful in this role you will have experience working in occupied properties and the expectations that home owners have as to how their property. You will also haveexperience or knowledge of dealing with multiple trades, an furthermore, a good understanding of basic construction is beneficial to be able to disucss solutions with contractors, management and the client.You should be a good team player, able to work with a variety of stakeholders and deliver consistently high levels of service, communication and information. Most of the role involves logical soultions along with general painting, handyman skills. Ability to work under pressure and be able to deal with difficult/emotional residents and situations.
