Interim Customer Services Manager – Immediately Required Venn Group are urgently seeking an experienced Customer Services Manager for our client, a highly-reputable Housing Association, to ensure the provision of Corporate Services support to the Board and Senior Management Team. The Candidate will be joining a successful and already established Housing Team to maintain and promote high standards of service.Position:                      Customer Services Manager Hours:                         37.5 hours per week Location:                    Brixton (Office/WFH Flexible Working) Rate:                           £16 - £20 per hour Duration:                    3 Months Responsibilities: Implementing effective plans to ensure the delivery of corporate services functions such as meeting schedules, distributions of papers, taking of minutes and following up on action pointsCarrying out corporate services work in conjunction with and offering support and cover to the Executive Assistant positionLiaise with Head Office landlords to ensure premises are maintained in a good condition, whilst coordinating any facilities changes required by the Senior Management TeamCarrying out periodic health and safety checks, ensuring any action is taken in compliance with Health and Safety RegulationsProviding the Senior Management Team with regular reports on all aspects of HR to support the effective decision-making processesSupporting the Senior Management Team by liaising with the external partners with regards to obtaining advice on employment, personnel law and any other matters affecting employeesCoordinating and delivering a variety of different training for the Board, Staff and volunteersKeeping accurate records of salaries, whilst maintaining accurate submission and processing of payroll information to ensure staff are paid accurately and on timeTo carry out any other administrative tasks as and when requiredRequirements: Preceding experiences within a Social Housing environmentPrevious experiences of managing staff membersIf you have experience to match the requirements, or if you would like more information on this Customer Services Manager opportunity, please contact Dan Williams on or send your CV to
