Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their busy Business Development team.

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product.

This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Responsibilities Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts Key Responsibilities: Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts Build relationships with new and prospective clients Listen to client requirements and tailor an account plan for the implementation of our appropriate products and services Demonstrate services and solutions to existing clients Create detailed proposal documents including pricing and potential promotions Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close the renewal process Preparing weekly and monthly reports Maintain client records and CRM data Ensure KPI's are met and exceeded - focus on customer retention and contract renewal, as well as upsell opportunities Required Previous account management and / or SaaS experience favourable Degree educated with a strong academic background Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and communications skills Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing environment A commitment to excellent client service Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in customer service and retention Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
