To help us get more customers back on the road, we’re looking for an eCommerce Marketing exec to join our team that aligns perfectly with our brand and values... if this sounds like you then keep reading!   OverviewThis is a new role for a data-driven Digital Acquisition exec to work across our always on paid media and affiliate activity where driving online sales revenue your number one priority. Our ideal candidate will be at their best when working with data and analysis to spot trends and opportunities to optimize our activity ROI and is happy to get into the meticulous technicalities of PPC.  Key ResponsibilitiesCreation, execution, reporting and optimisation of our always-on activities, including paid search,  programmatic and affiliate channels across all active source markets. Work with our global digital media agency to translate business objectives into data-driven and targeted tactical paid media plans for execution across our key source markets. Maintain and develop our affiliate program, identifying opportunities to grow the channel, bringing on board new partners to drive acquisition. Work in collaboration with our SEO Exec to ensure the overall search plans and activation are cohesive and consistent across paid and organic activity. Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure there is synergy between campaign and always on activity.Through daily/weekly/monthly monitoring; Measure, analyse and report on the performance of always-on digital activities to track against acquisition, engagement and conversion KPIs, report actionable insights and deliver continuous optimisation. Ensure the right destinations and products are being promoted across the always on activity and there is a cohesive post-click customer journey in place to drive the desired KPI. Work with CMO and digital media agency to utilise and drive our measurement framework and data-driven attribution model. Monitor and research industry-wide best practices applied from within the industry and out of it, to identify opportunities for testing and innovative approaches to our activity.Responsible and Sustainable ResponsibilitiesA commitment to improving recycling processes within our offices.A commitment to stopping the use of all single-use plastic items in our offices. A commitment to protect our company culture of openness to all people regardless of gender, age… Experience, Requirements and Key Behaviours2+ years experience in paid media and performance marketing – client or agency sideData-driven mindset with experience in identifying target audiences and devising global and multi-channel digital campaigns that acquire, engage and convert.Hands-on experience with development and optimisation of paid search activityKnowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Doubleclick Search, Facebook’s advertising partners platformUnderstanding of Affiliate marketing Strong analytical skills with experience of working with complex datasets and high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and pivot tables. Flexibility to work across Global Timezones as requiredAbility to own a plan, ensure its smooth delivery and keep an eye on all the detailA pragmatic approach to tasks and prioritisation (We are someway from operating to a normal annual cycle due to the impacts of COVID)Oh, and of course… A passion for all things travel related! Hungry for more?
