The Marketing team at our brand leading Client are looking to recruit an engaging and proactive Digital Customer Acquisition manager, responsible for the digital marketing throughout the customer acquisition journey and optimisation to the point of purchase
The role:
Manage the customer acquisition journey funnel from interruption online, the journey on the website including tools, through to acquisition for B2B and B2C customers
Business partnering for campaign strategies and execution with marketing colleagues
Business partnering the internal sales team to improve conversion rates, by analysis’s of performance, producing and implementing strategies
Identify opportunities to extend the digital customer journey to drive efficiency and increase conversion. Propose solutions and manage stakeholders to secure acceptance
Manage agency performance of PPC, SEO, retargeting, display and other paid channels to support marketing campaigns
Maximise the technology and data available to nurture potential customers such as salesforce and Pardot
Report upon activity, communicate results, identify opportunities and secure stakeholder approval
Line management responsibilities for digital marketing exec.
Business partnering social media activity and execution through direct report
Social media community management
The person:
Educated to degree level in a marketing or relevant subject
Specialist digital marketing knowledge with minimum 3 years’ experience of; Paid advertising (PPC, display, retargeting and affiliate), Google analytics, SEO, Content marketing, social media, data and content marketing
Experience of strategic campaign planning across multiple channels
Worked with autonomy in planning, decision making and budget management
Experience of directly running campaign activity within PPC, display and managing activity via agencies
Performance assessment of campaign activity and agency performance
Reporting, with the ability to draw conclusions, make astute decisions, share information with, and manage stake holders
Email marketing (automation and campaign) experience
Proven project management skills and experience
Digital Agency management
Strong excel skills
Strategic planning
HTML and photoshop a beneficial
Use of the following tools beneficial but not essential – Salesforce, Pardot, Social studio, sitecore, dotmailer,
