A Team of Subject Matter Experts on Epsilon People Cloud Solutions, platforms, capabilities & products – with laser focus on the coordinated efforts of the cross-team’s expert delivery of exceptional client services. An Enterprise Account Director at Epsilon is a unique role that combines Digital MarTech, Project Management, Product, Creative specialisation, and People Management as well as Commercial Acumen. Direct, lead, mentor, and coach a team of direct reports across different levels, fostering professional growth and excellence. Drive team and individual performance enhancements through thorough performance reviews and actionable feedback. Cultivate an independent portfolio of brands while also providing crucial oversight for accounts managed by your direct reports. Additionally, play a pivotal role in supporting the Client Services Leadership team. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (x 12 departments), focusing on client expansion and retention through exceptional service and the implementation of cutting-edge digital marketing and CRM strategies. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and effective application of the entire spectrum of Epsilon People Cloud Solutions. Successfully partner with Sales teams (Business Development and Client Development), to achieve shared objectives and foster mutually beneficial relationships. Skilfully manage both internal and external resources, ensuring seamless integration and the delivery of solutions aligned with client goals. Cultivate meaningful relationships with key decision makers in client marketing, merchandising, and media domains, reinforcing our agency's reputation as a trusted partner. Drive quarterly business planning and the development of client growth strategies, showcasing your negotiation prowess in securing win-win solutions that maximise value. Conceptualisation and execution of automation projects, optimising efficiency, and operational effectiveness. Qualifications: Analytical thinkers – data story tellers. Are passionate about the big data, technology and problem-solving. Strong organisational skills - time management and follow-through skills are essential! Possess excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Love working in an energetic and engaging team environment.
