Document Controller in Brent

Our Client, based in London is looking for an experienced Document Controller, contract role,  hybrid working, interesting renewable projects Process documentation internally within the Clients organisation, externally to consortium partners, clients and suppliers. Receive, distribute and control project related documentation and comments. Validate all documentation ensuring correct numbering, revision, status, title, format etc. prior to issue. Validate all documentation received from suppliers prior to issue internally and to the client Control documents returned by the client regarding their acceptance code (code 1,2 or 3). Control documentation workflow in EDMS (ProArc). Ensure quick and proper document turn around, co-ordinating activities between client and internal team if required. Ensure documentation is readily available in ProArc and Client systems for all project users both internally and with the clients. Understand the projects and document control processes including the relation with other departments like LCI production, engineering, supply chain and planning. Assist with tasks when required, such as compiling reports and self-auditing tasks.
