Working in this stunning 40bedroom, boutique lifestyle hotel in the heart of Henley-on-Thames, you will bejoining a new dynamic and passionate team at The Relais Henley. Your roleas the Food & Beverage Manager is to make certain that you deliver anexceptional guest experience time and time again. You will be committed tooperating at the highest level and consistently encourage the team to dothe same.
You will be expected to maintainour industry-leading standards, including how we can improve, motivate anddrive success. Its important that you contribute to the creation ofthe brand and maximise our reputation, revenue and profitability acrossall areas in line with budget expectations.
You will be a confidentcommunicator with the ability to lead and develop your team. You musthave the ability to role model to you team and ensure they are always friendly,helpful, smart and presentable.
You will have:
o Previousexperience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a similar environment
o Proven ability tolead and inspire a young team
o Excellentattention to detail
o Ability tomulti-task and remain focussed
o Professionaldisposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Beneficial tohave had experience of a workforce management system
