We need people who are committed to helping others to fulfil their potential. As a Support Worker with PSB4, you will enable individuals to develop essential life skills and empower them to lead independent lives.

About you:

Can you empathise and interact with individuals, remaining calm and positive when faced with behaviours that challenge? Experience of working with autism, learning disabilities and non-verbal communication would be an advantage. The role can be physically and emotionally demanding, but the rewards are high, giving you the satisfaction of supporting people in achieving their goals and expanding the horizons of their lives.

About the person you will support:

Lillie* is a 19 year old lady who has a great sense of humour. She enjoys being active and going out and about on her scooter.

She loves animals and is looking for engaging people to join her team to enable her to achieve her dreams.

Lillie* is supported in her own home on a 2:1 basis.

About PBS4:

PBS4 are a non-profit social enterprise who specialise in supporting people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours by using Positive Behaviour Support. We support individuals living with their own tenancies in their homes. PBS4 provides support to a network of people in Southampton, Dorset, Oxford and Reading.
