As a Graduate Teaching Assistant with GSL Education, you will:

Collaborate with secondary school teachers to plan and deliver dynamic, engaging lessons.
Provide personalized support to secondary school students, assisting them in grasping complex concepts and achieving academic success.
Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
Work alongside educators to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources tailored to secondary education.
Contribute to the holistic development of students, fostering their social and emotional well-being.

To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates who:

Hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field, with a focus on secondary education.
Are available for work Monday to Friday during secondary school hours.
Demonstrate a proactive, energetic, and empathetic approach to working with secondary school students.
Possess an enhanced DBS on the update service (or are willing to undergo the process with us).
Have a fully checkable work history.
