Over the last 18 months we have developed our curriculums extensively in line with the Ofsted EIF, have implemented a full digital enrolment process and are currently implementing new digital reviews to complement our wide range of on-line learning resources.The RoleAs a Personal Development Manager (Assessor) you will be responsible for ensuring a caseload of Apprenticeship & Diploma only learners achieve their Health and Social Care qualifications at Level 2 and Level 3 or Levels 2,3,4 and 5 depending on your occupational competence. You will complete both remote (video call) sessions with your learners as well as face to face on site visits when required. Approximately 30% of reviews will be on site, 70% completed remotely from home.You will deliver progressive teaching, learning and assessment reviews with every learner on your caseload every month using coaching techniques combined with experiential learning to drive sustained changes in their knowledge, skills and behaviour.(Don’t worry if these techniques are new to you, full training will be provided).You will follow a detailed curriculum approach for each qualification and support, motivate and encourage your learners to achieve their qualifications.
