Anderson Knight are recruiting an experienced HR Administrator to support our clients busy HR Department. This is a full time 12 Month FTC based in Glasgow, with hybrid working options available.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintain HR Mailboxes
* Ensure HR Systems are updated accurately
* Dealing with incoming queries via phone and email
* Liaise with payroll to accurately update them on change
* Update and maintain internal trackers with accurate information.
* Assist with the onboarding process for new starts
* Issuing Offer letters & Employment Terms and Conditions
* Understand General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and ensure compliance is met at all times
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate:
* Experience in a transactional HR role
* Work with a high degree of accuracy with high volumes of transactional activity
* Knowledge of Employment Law
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise high volumes of work
* Strong communication skills
