We have taken on a great opportunity for someone who now knows the basics of HR Operations but would like more responsibilities. This is a varied role in a shared services environment where you will be exposed to a broad range of HR operational activities across the entire employee lifecycle.
Working with a team of HR Administrators, Coordinators, Analysts and Advisors, you will form part of a newly structured SSC that supports circa 750 employees across the UK. This is a busy role where attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
About the role:
Your role will be to respond to Level 2 queries that will come into the HR inbox or via managers and stakeholders in the business, these queries will cover a range of issues within Employee Relations, Pay & Reward, Payroll, Time and Attendance and Wellbeing. You will also support with various projects as directed by HR Advisors and HR BPs
We are looking for someone who is confident they can independently process changes on HRIS, advise managers and contribute to HR projects. Ideally you will be working towards CIPD Level 5 but this is not essential and in fact its one of the great benefits of the organisation as they offer lots of opportunity for training and progression, including CIPD support. You must be commutable to Witney for a 3 days in office min per week arrangement.
