The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of HR across a fast moving multi site operation.
With nearly 1,000 employees this opportunity will require HR strategy, recruitment,internal communications, reward and compensation, learning and development, and succession planning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the relationship and working practices with staff, will manage talent from recruitment, succession planning and performance management.
Candidates should have experience of reward and should be able to handle large complex employee relations.
This is a fast moving industry and change is necessary.
