We have an exciting opportunity for you!

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with local Bradford based schools to appoint confident Inclusion Support Workers to support young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) in education based settings.

The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable to change, have outstanding communication skills and a passion to make a difference to young lives.

Roles are responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Working alongside the class teacher to aid progression and development
• Liaising with a range of professionals to provide exceptional care for students
• Encouraging and motivating students to gain valuable skills
• Working 1:1 with students

Essential requirements:

• Relevant degree or experience working with SEMH needs
• Possess a child enhanced DBS
• Right to work in the UK
