The successful candidate will be working as part of the catering team, ensuring a high level of service in accordance with health and safety regulations and good housekeeping within the department.

  • Assisting the Head Chef with overseeing the operation of the kitchen, ensuring the team produce and serve a high level of consistent food products.

  • Working as a team to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy.
  • Ensuring all food and health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Your Skills and Experience

  • At least 3 years chef experience
  • Ability to maintain standards and contribute ideas to help drive the business forward.
  • Passionate about quality
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team.
