About the Role

As Key Account Manager your focus will be on Public and Private Healthcare. Working with the Tork brand, you will be responsible for providing on-going support to customers. Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities within accounts.

This is a national role with regular and extensive travel around the UK, with the requirement to stay away from home if required.

What You Will Do

  • Develop joint business plans for key customers within the institutional and private healthcare customer base.
  • Ensure plans are constantly reviewed; lead the customer relationship through business planning, implementation and follow up.
  • Contract negotiations, including product offering and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure all internal and external stakeholders are communicated to and understand their role.
  • Frequently analyse customer information to discover and manage business risks and opportunities.
  • Actively support the healthcare Account Managers to achieve strategic plans within the NHS.
  • Who You Are

  • Proven experience in end customer development and account management within B2B
  • Consultative and strategic selling approach
  • Market, Customer and Business knowledge; experience of working with the NHS is desirable.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills that have delivered against targets.
  • Self-motivated who can seek out sales opportunities.
  • Is determined, has patience as well as urgency to initiate and develop customer relationships.
  • Takes responsibility and is accountable in approach to work objectives and targets
