Machine Operator - 4 on 4 off Days & Nights - Training / Progression - £25,200 My client is one of the largest of its kind in the UK. The business operates an open door environment with lots of support and development. The Machine Operator will be responsible for looking after the general running of the machines. The site is a busy production facility in the recycled plastics sector. This could also include some simple maintenance and housekeeping. This role will involve working on a 4 on 4 off Shift Pattern Duties to include but not limited to; * General running of Machinery * FLT duties ( moving pallets around etc ) * Simple maintenance on machines and equipment * Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. * Must have a positive âcan doâ attitude and the ability to work individually and within teams. The Ideal Person - * Ideally have Machine Minding / Machine operating / Machine setting experience * FLT Licence current or expired ( refresher courses provided ) * Must be proactive and have a systematic approach to problem solving. * Good communication skills and be able to establish and maintain effective contact with other staff and maintenance team. * Must be flexible and Self Motivated.
