Membership Manager

Membership Manager - key requirements:

* Responsibility for driving income to your space aiming for 100% occupancy

* Renewing contracts with existing clients and seeking out additional revenue opportunities such as event hire, meeting rooms, printing services, short term space usage, etc

* Managing contracts and invoices

* Onboarding new members

* Managing overheads in the space and working to budgets

* Ensuring the building runs smoothly with facilities and amenities

* Ensuring the highest level of membership satisfaction

* Updating and maintaining membership records

* Networking and developing presence with the wider local community

* Acting as an Ambassador for the brand

* Overseeing and designing events for the community
