Job Title: Mobile Engineering Supervisor - £45,000 - £50,000 Location: London & Home Counties Hours: Monday to Friday â 8am to 5pm Extras: 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays / Van & Fuel card An opportunity for an Engineering Supervisor has become available with a leading maintenance provider to oversee a flagship portfolio in London & Home Counties. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of a mobile team ensuring all reactive and PPM tasks across a commercial portfolio are maintained to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and ambitious individual that is willing to work as part of a small team. If you have experience supervising an engineering team (static or mobile) we would like to speak with you. Responsibilities: ⢠Overseeing a portfolio of commercial buildings ensuring all PPMâs are kept to the highest standard. ⢠First point of contact for client relations ⢠Contribute to the delivery of quality service aiming for 100% satisfaction of the Customer ⢠Provide technical support, advice, and guidance to the client and team ⢠Ensure accuracy within the team by checking resource and materials are suitable to effectively deliver the service that is required ⢠Manage priorities in line with business needs ⢠Carry out activities within a building maintenance environment efficiently ⢠Working on a range of M+E such as, AHUâs, FCUâs, cooling towers and associated plant Profile: ⢠17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations ⢠NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations ⢠Full UK Driving License ⢠2 yearsâ experience in customer facing outsourcing environment ⢠Strong, demonstrable competencies in dealing with building services plant If you're looking for more information contact Ryan at the Invictus Group Read More |
