Office Manager / Office Administrator/ Senior Administrator/ Sales Administrator Job Duties: * Reception duties, including answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments.
* Follows up on phone calls as appropriate.
* Answers general emails and postal correspondence with customers and couriers.
* Orders office supplies * Files and archives accurate records * Contacts couriers for ongoing requests/issues.
* Manages health and safety as well as fire regulations within the office.
* Negotiates and manages office insurance contracts.
* Negotiates and manages courier/supplier contracts.
* Monitors training material and confirms it's all up to date * Negotiates new customer accounts and contracts.
* Manages the customer complaint procedure.
* Prepares weekly and monthly reports for the directors as needed.
* Provides administrative support for the directors as needed.
* Add new products to our existing selling platforms as well as being active in acquiring new marketplaces * Mange and monitor order distribution and set tasks accordingly.
