If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager for a single occupancy supported living service for 16-25 year olds in Pontefract, West Yorkshire with opportunity to profit share.
This home is part of a small but growing organisation who are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for vulnerable young people.
As a Registered Manager, you will play a vital role in leading the dedicated team to provide the best possible care and support.
Key Responsibilities: Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supported living service, ensuring that all care services are delivered to the highest standard and in line with regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of care professionals, promoting a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the service meets and maintains all relevant regulatory standards, including Ofsted requirements, and liaise with regulatory bodies as necessary.
Care Planning: Develop and implement individual care plans for each young adult, tailored to their unique needs and aspirations.
Safeguarding: Safeguard the well-being and safety of the young people in your care, maintaining a robust safeguarding framework.
Budget Management: Manage the budget for the home efficiently and effectively, ensuring resources are used to provide the best care and support.
Requirements: * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or willing to work towards.
* Proven experience in a management role within residential or supported living services for children or young people.
* Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Dedication to providing the highest quality care and support to children.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
