PDI & Customisations Engineer £26,000 - £28,000 Chester-le-Street RSD Recruitment are working with an industry leading manufacturer of plant and construction machinery to recruit for a PDI & Customisations Engineer! The role will consist of the assembly of machines delivered in 'kit form', PDI (pre delivery inspections), carry out customisation of new machines to manufacturers specifications, body work touch up, troubleshooting and fault finding, repair and replacements of parts where necessary etc. The client are looking for candidates with a background in the following industries; plant, HGV and motor vehicle. The client are willing to train on skill-gaps, a willingess to learn and positive attitiude is more important! A good mechanical knowledge and passion for engineering vital.
