You’ll be joining a team that prides themselves on having an open, honest and friendly culture and where you can help make the complex, simple.As a Client Resolution Executive with a “can-do” attitude, your role will be to ensure that all complaints received are managed are resolved promptly, accurately and in accordance with the requirements of the FCA’s Dispute Resolution Handbook.Responsibilities * Investigate the causes of client dissatisfaction and resolve service complaints in line with procedures and regulatory requirements. * Identify and escalate root cause trends and issues that arise by process, product or complaint type, including gaps in policies and guidelines. * Calculate redress, proportionate distress & inconvenience and raise payments where appropriate. * Liaise with the Financial Ombudsman Service as appropriate. * Liaise with clients, advisers, business partners and internal colleagues as appropriate. * Share knowledge and expertise with other team members. * Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture. * Build positive client relationships and provide excellent client service and experience. * Ensure that all complaints are logged on to the relevant systems and engage with internal stakeholders as required to successfully find resolutions.Knowledge/Skills * Pensions or Wealth management knowledge and expertise. * Working to SLA’s and KPI’s. * Risk management; emerging, mitigation and preventing risk. * Relevant complaints/financial services qualifications, such as Level 3 or 4 Financial Planning Certificate; * Considerable experience of working in a financial services organisation, with strong Pensions and/or Investments product knowledge; * Client service experience preferred; * Previous complaint handling knowledge, preferably to FCA standards;What’s on offer * Attractive pension package. * Life assurance. * Private Medical Insurance from day one, with enhanced cover for wellbeing – including a point systems for free cinema tickets, coffee and more. * Regular socials and sponsored events. * Cycle to work scheme. * Season ticket loan scheme.If you are keen, interested and have the relevant skills please don't delay, apply for the role immediately
