In this position you will be responsible for the preparation of tender and contract documents, outlining bills of quantities and cash flow forecasts.

You will also undertake cost analysis and report on pre and post contract projects work on sites including but not limited to utility connections and diversions, civils, drainage etc.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience delivering projects, this could be within a variety of industries including but not limited to; Utilities, Oil and Gas, Construction.

It is also essential that you have a background in estimation or quantity surveying and it would be advantageous if you had relevant qualifications like HND in Quantity Surveying or project management qualifications.
