Apply NowWe have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager for a Domiciliary Care service in Hastings.
With an already established and successful health and social care recruitment business operating, my client is now looking to expand to in-house domiciliary care provision, delivering top-quality care to vulnerable adults within the local area.
As a Registered Manager you’ll be involved in this project right from the beginning, creating and developing a thriving domiciliary care agency.
You’ll benefit from the fact that my client already has care staff that you can utilise and have a brilliant reputation locally, as you look to secure and fulfil contracts.
The Registered Manager role Working with the directors, you take stock of what they have already put into place in terms of policies and procedures, systems and processes and application paperwork for the CQC to ensure that everything is accounted for and that the registration process is as efficient and as smooth as possible, registering with CQC as the Registered Manager.
Once registration is granted, you’ll start to take on new clients, ensuring that every client that comes on-board receives top-notch customer service and has their care planned and communicated to them ensuring that you are able to meet all of their needs.
Initially you’ll be able to rely on the support of others within the existing recruitment business to aid you, but as the care provision grows, you’ll recruit, train and develop your own office team.
You’ll market the agency and create links with the local community In order to grow the care provision with privately paying / direct payments clients, and the company will be tendering for local authority contracts too.
As the Registered Manager you’ll be responsible for the day to day management of the domiciliary care branch, ensuring that care is delivered to a high standard, that staff are supported and led, and that the business continues to grow.
What we’re looking for: * You’ll be an experienced Registered Manager of Domiciliary Care services with excellent business and interpersonal skills.
It’s important that you have registered with CQC previously and understand the process of becoming a Registered Manager * You’ll have an excellent compliance history, with a proven ability in implementing strategies that result in Good or Outstanding CQC ratings * Highly knowledgeable of CQC standards * Caring and empathic approach What are you waiting for?
