THE ROLE - RESERVATION AGENT

We’re looking for a Reservations Agent to provide impeccable & helpful customer service for every guest looking to dine in one of our restaurants and to stay in one of our bedrooms.

• You will be responsible for ensuring our guests have the very best experience from the point of enquiry via telephone, email and face-to-face, as well as contributing towards promoting and selling The NoMad London bedrooms and restaurants.
• Proactively look for ways to maximise revenue and identify sales opportunities, maximising covers in each of our restaurants through thorough management of our reservation systems.
• Anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions so that our guests’ expectations are not only met, but exceeded.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a Reservations Agent role in a luxury hotel working with a PMS system is essential.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, successful reservations agent candidates will be energetic, ambitious and strive for excellence.
• We seek an individual with first class presentation, a clear speaking voice, attention to detail, and a friendly personality.
