RPA DeveloperFlexible LocationHybrid WorkingAre you passionate about Robotics Process Automation?Looking for a role where you can help build a culture of innovation?We have a brand-new opportunity for an RPA Developer to join an established team, where you’ll be key to the design, build and delivery of RPA solutions and tools that improve the quality and efficiency of our processes across the Drax Customers business. This role is fully flexible in terms of location – you’ll just need to be willing to travel to one of our offices (Ipswich, London, Northampton or Selby) once per month. About the RoleYou’ll lead on delivery of Robotics Process Automations and associated technologies, and embed RPA (Blue Prism) best practice framework and methodology across the current and future automation landscape.The role will also involve evaluating and validating candidate processes against the suitability for automation and prioritising process pipeline to deliver automation in a cost-effective manner and against business requirements. It’s a true opportunity to own the operating model inclusive of automation design, testing, and release for the delivery of high quality and consistent automated processes. Drawing on your strong communication skills, you’ll work collaboratively with key stakeholders across Drax. This will include driving greater understanding of the services provided by the RPA capability through product demonstrations and demand generation workshops.About You  This role is the right fit if you have a deep understanding of Robotics Process Automation, previous experience working in a similar RPA Developer role and a Blue Prism Developer certification. Strong project management skills are a must, and you’ll need hands on experience using LEAN/ Agile methodology.High energy, a creative problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills are key to success in this role.
