Our client is a large Dutch wholesale grocery supplier with acquisitions in Belgium, and they are looking for a strong Training Lead specialized in developing and executing SAP trainings.Assignment: Developing and providing SAP end-user trainingThe scope of the program includes the areas of Finance (FI/CO), Purchasing (MM), Sales (SD) and Logistics (EWM and TM). The client is currently on the eve of the System Integration Test, in which they will test the end-to-end processes. After a process has been tested and the defects have been resolved, you can start making work instructions and developing end-user training for that specific process. In the weeks before Go-live, the end users have to be trained. The first Go-live is planned for May 2022.Based on the training plan that has been drawn up, it has been determined which roles need to be trained and what the content of those training courses is. It is all about classroom training. The client is looking for support for both developing and providing training. The basic principle is that the training material is made once and can be used (almost) without adjustments during the entire roll-out in Belgium. All training courses are role-based and application-oriented (explanation of the 'how?'). Prior to the application training, there are change workshops for all participants to explain the new process (explanation of the 'why?'). Prior to their role-based training, there is an SAP Introduction training for everyone, in which the basic concepts of SAP (including organizational structure) and navigation are trained. Responsibilities within the assignment will include: Developing an SAP Introduction training;Developing role-based classroom training based on a Powerpoint template;Preparing demos in an SAP training environment that you can show in the trainings;Preparing exercises in an SAP training environment (i.e. preparing both master and transaction data that participants need for making exercises);Providing training on location in Antwerp, and possibly a small part in Rotselaar (BE). You are substantively supported by the super-users during the development because they are aware of specific design choices, but you are yourself in the lead and ultimately responsible for the timely delivery of all deliverables. Simultaneously with the development of training courses, work instructions are created by the super-users (with SAP Enable Now). You can use these work instructions as part of your training material. Both the work instructions and the training material are made in Dutch.Period: The first E2E processes will be tested at the end of December. In the period January to March training courses can be developed. It is planned that the training sessions will be given during the period March-April. The exact schedule has yet to be made.In principle, commitment is full-time (or at least 80%).
