Job Title: Science Teacher Location: Ashington Salary: £110 - £185 per day Working Hours: 8.30 am - 3.30 pm Start Date: Immediately Contract Type: Long Term, Full Time   Join Our Team as a Science Teacher in Ashington!  We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Science Teacher to join our dedicated team in Ashington. This is an exciting opportunity for a Science Teacher who is passionate about molding young minds and driving scientific curiosity.As our new Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective science lessons to pupils across different age groups. You will play a key role in developing their scientific skills and knowledge, fostering a love for the subject. Key Responsibilities : As a Science Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

1. Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality science lessons that cater to the needs of individual students
2. Encourage students' participation in class and in practical scientific experiments
3. Assess and record students' progress and provide grades and feedback
4. Maintain discipline in the classroom
5. Carry out other related tasks as our Science Teacher

 Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:

• Proactivity, resilience, kindness and empathy
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to go through the process with us)
• A full checkable work history
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• A degree in Science or a related field
• Excellent knowledge of the latest teaching methods and the science curriculum
• Strong communication and organizational skills
