Are you a dedicated and passionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant seeking both long-term and short-term supply opportunities?

Position: Supply SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Norfolk
Contract: Long-term and short-term supply
Qualifications: Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification
Experience: Previous experience working with SEN students required

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs.
Collaborate with teaching staff to implement individualized education plans.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assist with classroom management and behavior support.
Offer one-on-one or small-group support as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification.
Proven experience working with SEN students.
A compassionate and patient approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt to different educational settings for short-term supply work.
