We'd like you to join us as a Senior Support Worker at our service Woodland Court based in Caterham.

What you'll be working:

You'll work a total 42 hours per week, on a rota basis working weekends.

What you'll be doing:

As a Senior Support Worker, your duties would include:

Smooth day to day running of the services

Staff Management

Record Keeping

Data Entry

Support Worker duties at times to support the team

What you'll have:

Desirable; Minimum of 1 years` experience in the Health and Social care sector

Desirable; Level 3 NVQ or QCF Diploma in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards

Excellent interpersonal skills

Great Communication Skills

Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.

Great leadership skills.
