Service Administrator

Location: BMW & MINI Bournemouth

Hours: 45 Hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 6:00PM

Salary: Basic plus OTE up to £32,000 (site dependent)

The role

As a Service Administrator, You will be a key part of the service team providing support to our service advisors and aftersales manager. This role will also involve customer facing work therefore you will be enthusiastic with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering an excellent level of service both internally and externally.

Who you are

  • Previous Administrator expereince
  • You will be passionate about the customer journey and giving a great customer experience
  • You are comfortable working to deadlines
  • You will have strong attention to detail and organised
  • Strong Microsoft office skills
  • Tech savvy, ideally having used CRM systems in the past
  • What you’ll do

  • Ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all department administration
  • Contribute to department marketing strategies to promote all products and services
  • Plan ahead and manage time carefully to ensure all tasks are achieved
  • Greet customers and visitors promptly courteously and professionally
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, colleagues, suppliers and external representatives
