We are on the lookout for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join us on a full time, permanent basis at our site in Newark, Nottinghamshire. You’ll look after day to day systems incident management, manage escalations, and assist with the identification and delivery of service support improvement opportunities and programmes. Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day: As the IT Service Delivery Manager, you’ll provide a point of interface for all aspects of IT service management on site Act as a gate keeper function ensuring effective transition to all new services and have a fully developed end to end support structure to include processes, SLA`s, KPI`s and OLA`s Regularly review all services to ensure GXO IT and associated suppliers are meeting or exceeding agreed service levels, at the right level of cost, and that all services deliver continual service improvement Establish and maintain effective communication with business operations within GXO & DCG, ensuring that all escalations are managed through to resolution with any improvement areas identified What you need to succeed at GXO: Previous experience working in an IT Service delivery role with exposure to warehousing and logistics Strong project management skills Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to translate technical jargon into understandable terms for all Ability to challenge and improve the status quo - we always strive to be the best we can, and you will play a big part in this Be part of something big.
