Service Manager Duties include: Travelling around Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire liaising with customers and other branches Overseeing 20 employees who will report issues to you Provide excellent customer service Attend meetings with customers, clients and internal staff Working inline with financial budget objectives Use of Microsoft Office/Excel Benefits Include: 31 days holiday (including bank holidays) Access to health and well-being support services Free RAC breakdown cover Pension Scheme Company mobile phone Company laptop Bonus scheme A clean driving license is essential for this role.
Standard working hours are 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, 42.
5 hours a week however occasionally you will be expected to work longer hours.
