Asa Sous Chef, you will be responsible for:
· Hands on creating a wide range of dishes from starters todesserts.
· A real team-player delivering quality service at pace.
· Always working in a way that keeps our guests and teamsafe.
· Organised and able to work well under pressure.
· Provides guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including,but not limited, to line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
