Key Responsibilities

Deliver effective and engaging lessons in a variety of subjects and year groups, adapting to different teaching environments.

Support a diverse range of students with various learning needs, ensuring their educational progress.

Promote an inclusive and positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and motivation.

Work with students who may have learning difficulties or disabilities, providing tailored assistance and adapting teaching methods.

Maintain good behaviour and discipline in the classroom, upholding a safe and respectful atmosphere.

Collaborate with other staff members to address the unique needs of each student during your assignment.

Utilise available teaching materials and resources effectively and efficiently.

Be willing to participate in extracurricular activities and school events as needed.

Qualifications:

A teaching qualification (QTS) or equivalent, with relevant experience as a qualified teacher.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to work effectively in diverse educational settings.

Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students of various ages and backgrounds.
